1.What kind of battery does it use?
It uses an Alkaline 6V battery. Similar to an AA battery but shorter in length. 4A76 6V, can be found on Amazon and most supermarkets.
2.What are the 2 short caps and the 2 long caps in the packaging for?
They are covers/protectors for the metal part of the bark collar. Short cap for dogs with short hair, and long caps for dogs with long hair
3.How long is the Adjustable Nylon Neck Strap?
It is 65cm or 25.5inches. Please measure your dog’s neck size before you buy. Thanks
4.Do I have to keep the Dog Collar on, all the time?
Most dog lovers remove it at night, but you probably know when your dog needs the collar. Do not use it for long periods of time because your dog may get used to it and its effectiveness might diminish.
5.The dog collar starts beeping continuously, why?
This is because it is time to change the battery.
6. The collar just keeps going off, why?
The sensitivity is set too high. Please lower the sensitivity by pressing the minus”-“button. Or, the collar is not tight enough, please tighten the collar.
7. My dog barks but the collar is not activated, why?
Check the battery by performing a full test. If the collar tests correctly, then you will need to either increase the sensitivity level by pressing “+” to make it easier to be activated, or tighten the collar as it might be too loose.
8. Collar beeps but doesn’t vibrate, why?
There is not enough current inside the battery to make it vibrate, please input a new battery
